All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are not subject to GST. We accept the following payment options: PayPal or Direct Debit
For your protection and peace of mind, all payment methods take place over PayPal’s secure pages – the world’s leading online payment processing company. We are never in possession of any of your debit or credit card information, which is only ever entered on a secure payment processing page hosted by PayPal.
Shipping and delivery
All self-adhesive vinyl lettering is made to order. Print On guarantees that you will get your order safe in the special, hard-backed envelope, or postal tubes where necessary.
Our goal is to have your lettering delivered as soon as possible. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with many dispatched the same day. We stock a large variety of Colored vinyl. However Black and White are our standard Vinyl Colours. An e-mail informing you that your order has been dispatched will automatically be sent to you.
We use AUSTRALIA POST for all Australian orders. We DO NOT Ship Over Seas.
- Items will be shipped in either heavy duty mailing tubes or envelops
Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we aim to resolve any issues quickly. If there is any problem with your vinyl lettering, please contact us via the website contact form.
Understandably, our products are customised and personalised and may not be returned for a refund if you change your mind or don’t like the Colour.
If there is a defect in your product, please send returns to our address (listed below). Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of packing and posting any returns.
We take no responsibility for items which are delayed due to Australia Post.
Print On will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production.
If production of your order has not yet commenced, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover the cost of processing the order along with credit card merchant fees on the charge and the refund.
If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. You will be charged the full amount due on your order. We can, if you wish, (and if it has not already been posted) prevent shipment (in which case you may be eligible for a refund of your postage costs).
Please examine the package and contents when you receive it. Any transport damage to the package or contents must be immediately reported.
